FLUX ’26

We are always moving.

Between ideas and execution. Between who we were on the first day and who we’re becoming now. This is the nature of being a graphic design student at Columbia College Chicago.

We don’t arrive at one answer; we flow through many.

FLUX 2026 is our journey. We organically shift mediums, challenge briefs, and rebuild concepts. We are fluid enough to follow the work wherever it leads. We are experimenters. We understand the tension between creative instinct and intention.

FLUX is not a phase. It’s how we work. It’s how we think. It’s who we are, Class of 2026.

THE EXHIBITION

  • FLUX ’26 will proudly participate in the Manifest Urban Arts Festival. This annual event, this year held on May 16, will transform the third floor of the Student Center into a lively epicenter of creativity. Here, visitors can experience the beauty and impact of graphic design firsthand, as our designers' work comes to life in a physical setting. 

  • As part of our commitment to honoring the achievements of our graduating designers, FLUX ’26 produces a physical publication showcasing their work. This publication serves as a lasting tribute to their talent and dedication and will be available for pickup at the exhibition on the third floor of the Student Center on May 16.

  • Our online exhibition provides a virtual space where visitors can explore the various graphic design projects designed by our talented graduates. From branding and typography to digital illustration and web design – FLUX ’26 features a curated selection of work that reflects the dedication, skill, and vision of our designers.
