Ching Yueh (Joy) Cheng is an artist and graphic designer passionate about visual storytelling. She specializes in brand identity design, bringing narratives to life through thoughtful visuals, and has developed an interest in publication design through academic projects. With a background in user experience design, she approaches each project as a problem-solver, aiming to create purposeful and engaging design solutions.

BIGELOW REBRAND

This Bigelow Rebrand project addresses the challenge of unclear packaging and limited appeal to new consumers. The solution focuses on creating a fresh, relevant, and visually engaging design system that highlights the product more effectively while standing out on shelves. By incorporating modern aesthetics and refined typography, the rebrand connects with younger audiences while maintaining the brand’s trusted heritage.

BIN LOCO KENO

This project combines two different vinyl design styles to explore new possibilities. I worked with existing design elements, experimenting with layout, colors, and shapes to see how they could be used in new ways. The goal was to mix styles while keeping the design balanced and interesting.

DREAMSCAPE

This project blends ethereal, dreamlike visuals with delicate floral elements to create a serene and immersive brand identity. Inspired by nature’s softness and the calming atmosphere of a modern nail salon, the design features airy compositions and soothing color palettes. Elegant handwritten typography adds a personal, welcoming touch, reflecting both care and creativity at the heart of the experience.

TAIWAN TRAVEL GUIDE

A visual travel guide exploring Taiwan, the country where I grew up. 

Through photography and graphic design, this project highlights Taiwan’s landscapes, cities, and food culture, creating an immersive introduction to the island’s vibrant atmosphere.

ZAOAN DELIGHTS

Zaoan Delight is a breakfast cafe inspired by the warmth of Taiwanese morning culture. “Zao An” means good morning in Mandarin, a simple greeting that reflects warmth, care and the start of a good day. The goal of this project is to modernize traditional breakfast identity with a fresh and inviting brand.
